Once you set up your store on Catlog, you'll get a unique store link. Share this link on your social media pages or directly with customers when they ask about your products. Using this link, customers can browse, select items they want, and make payments.
Customers can pay with their cards or by bank transfer, while international customers can pay in their own currency. Payments are confirmed instantly and appear in your Catlog wallet, where you can withdraw to any bank account at any time.
Whenever a customer places an order, we'll notify you through a push notification on your phone and by email. To view the full order details and customer information, simply log in to your dashboard.
To import posts, go to the Add Products section and connect your Instagram account. Once connected, Catlog will be able to access your posts. Select the posts you want, and we'll automatically convert them into products using AI.
This depends on your subscription plan. On the Basic plan, you can upload up to 100 products. On the Business+ plan, you can upload unlimited products.
Yes. Catlog allows you to add options as either text or images. Images work best for things that are hard to describe, like patterned fabrics. Text options are great for simple choices like colours and sizes.
Yes. You can add videos to your products by importing them from Instagram or uploading them manually. You can also create Product Highlights—a collection of videos (similar to Instagram highlights) that customers can watch and order from directly.
Yes. You can buy a new domain name to link to your store. If you already own a domain, you can easily connect it to Catlog as well.
Yes. You can personalise your store by adding a logo, cover image, choosing your colour theme, and customising your checkout experience.
Yes. You can run offers by creating coupon codes, adding discounts to products, or setting wholesale prices with tiered pricing.
If you'd like delivery fees included at checkout, you can add them to your store. Customers will select their delivery location, and the fee will be added to the total amount at checkout.
